We love the Beach!
We are a family of 4 who originally had a beach house in New Jersey for 17 years. We moved to Charlotte full time and decided we needed our beach house to be closer than NJ. We bought our home in Holden Beach in October 2020. We recently relocated to Oak Island on the ICW in 2024 and absolutely love it!

We have a 3 night minimum.
Our rate is $115 off season
$155 seasonally
$175 high season/holidays
$100 fee includes cleaning and all utilities.
A NC lodging tax will be added to each rental week.
We supply linens, towels and blankets.
